2. In PS, the mode is selected as "dynamic".

3. In the upper right corner of the timeline option, select: Convert Frame--Convert to frame animation.

6. Repeat step 4, select a new time frame in the timeline, and choose later, as shown in the figure:

7. Open the eye preview of Layer 3 (or the next layer), as shown in the picture:

9. All the frames in the timeline are selected, and then the number of playback times is chosen "forever".

10. Select the time in the timeline to be 0.1 seconds.

11. Here you can select a transition between two frames to make the transition smoother. (optional) Note: You cannot select all frames here, and you can only add transitions between two frames.

12. After completion, you can select all the frames inside the timeline, and then click the Play key to preview the effect.

13. If you think the 12th step plays a preview to get the effect you want, you can save the GIF format file. As shown in the figure:
