Python meta-class

1. Meta-Class (Metaclass) is the class used to create classes
2. Type (object): Returns an object with the same value as object.__class__, type (name,bases,dict): Creates a new type, name is the name of the new class, and the value is stored in __name__ attribute, bases is a tuple type, values are stored in __bases__, dict values are stored in __dict__

   Type Example  class X:     ... A = 1...X = Type (' X ', (object,), Dict (a=1))
