Quartus II Compilation nceo pin Error

A problem occurred during the experiment today: Can't place pins assigned to pin location pin_108,

Info: PIN usb_cs _ is assigned to pin location pin_108 (ioc_x28_y2_n0) info: PIN ~ Lvds41p/nceo ~ Is assigned to pin location pin_108 (ioc_x28_y2_n0)

The 108 pin is I/0 reusable nceo. That is, the configuration process is used as the nceo, and the work process is used as the general I/O.

After finding a solution for a long time, I first changed the active mode to the passive mode assignment --> device --> Device & pin options... --> Configuration --> configuration scheme: pasive serial (can use configuration device), and then assignment --> device --> Device & pin options... --> change nceo to as regular I/O in dual-purpose pin;

Mine is Quartus II SP2.

PS: Later I found that I didn't need to change the first item. I could change the second item directly.
