RDS for MySQL through Mysqlbinlog view Binlog garbled

Problem Description:

Using mysqlbinlog-vv mysql-bin.000110 to view the RDS MySQL binaries found similar to the following results:

The marked part is not garbled, but through Base64 encoding results, you can view the Binlog log by Mysqlbinlog to add parameters to decode, as follows:

mysqlbinlog -vv --base64-output=decode-rows mysql-bin.000110
