1. Click cancel reservation on the call interface ].

 
2. If you still cannot hear the other party's voice, back up data (such as contacts, text messages, and photos) and try to restore the factory settings.

① Click the application icon on the standby page.

 

2. Click the set icon.

 

③ Click Reset ].

 
 

④ Click restore factory settings ].

 

⑤ Click Reset device ].

 

6. Click delete all to restore the factory settings automatically.
