Selenium::webdriver::error::webdrivererror:unable to find standalone executable solution

Situation Description:

Running the pin in Watir-webdriver environment (Red Mark section):

C:\>irb
IRB (main):001:0> require ' watir-webdriver '
= True
IRB (main):002:0> Watir::browser.new:ie
Selenium::webdriver::error::webdrivererror:unable to find standalone executable
. Download the Iedriverserver from http://code.google.com/p/selenium/down
Loads/list and place the executable on your PATH.

Follow the error prompts to step through the steps.

step1:please Download the Iedriverserver from http://code.google.com/p/selenium/downloads/list      

go to iedriverserver download page http://code.google.com/p/selenium/downloads/list Download Iedriverserver_win32_2.25.3.zip (Win system), unzip to get file IEDriverServer.exe

Step2:place the executable on your PATH

Place IEDriverServer.exe in the Ruby installation directory: C:\Ruby192\bin (depending on your installation path)
