Multi-user support

Silver Fox Inventory Support for multiple users, more suitable for team management, each individual account, division of labor cooperation, but also easy to conduct business assessment, flexible authority management, for each person different responsibilities assigned corresponding permissions, to authorize and reject the combination of two ways, so that the rights management more flexible, more convenient operation.

　　User Management

1, into the application desktop, click the "User Management" icon, or directly press "F12" shortcut keys, as shown in the following figure

2, Access to User Management window, you can click on the toolbar button, to achieve the user's new, modify, delete, password settings, etc.

3), add Users, click on the toolbar

button to eject the New User dialog box:

① fill in the user information

Required: User account, login password;

Optional items: Name, mailbox, notes, enabled status, recommended to fill in the mailbox, because the mailbox can be forgotten password, used to retrieve the password.

② assign permissions to the user, permissions are divided into two ways: authorization and rejection, combined to assign permissions more flexible and effective.

③ Click "OK" button to submit

4, modify the user, select the user in the list, click on the toolbar

button, enter the Edit User's dialog box, and the new user is basically the same operation, here no longer introduced. 5, set the password, select the user in the list, click on the toolbar

button to eject the Reset Password dialog box:

Enter a new password and confirm the password and click "OK" button.
