Design Content

Welding rods are widely used in steel structures in construction and industry. A electrode can be divided into solder and solder. Solder is a steel rod with a specified material, length (about 400mm), and diameter (about 5mm). solder is a chemical coating on the solder. Figure 2 and Figure 3 show the two electrode types downloaded from the relevant website.

During welding, the solder is melted at high temperatures, and the melted solder is filled with gaps between the two steel plates to weld them together. The solder agent is a flux, and its function is to help the solder better weld the steel structure to be welded together. According to the different Solder Materials and different purposes of electrode, the formula of the solder agent needs to be changed accordingly. Therefore, the formula of the solder agent is crucial.

In the production process of electrode, different chemical materials need to be mixed together according to different proportions, and then stirred into a paste and uniformly wrapped in solder. The function of the automatic batching system is to place the relevant chemical raw materials into the mixer according to the specified weight ratio according to the formula of the welding agent. Figure 4 is the automatic batching system of the agent.

The principle of automatic batching system for welding drugs is: an electric batching car is placed on a rail (similar to a train track), and an electronic scale is placed in the car to weigh the weight of chemical raw materials in the car. The 0-7 Position switch is placed on the rail. When the trolley reaches a certain position and switches out, the switch will act (the switch outputs a high level). Otherwise, this position switch does not act (this position switch outputs a low level ). The top of the rail is fixed with 6 Hopper, which contains different flour-like solid chemical raw materials. Each Hopper has an electronic valve that controls the opening and closing of the hopper.

The automatic batching system works as follows:

1)The operator uses a computer keyboard to set the formula for a soldering agent (that is, the quantity of chemical ingredients required and the weight of each chemical ). Assume that only six kinds of chemical materials are required for a formula for welding, which are a, B, c, d, e, f, and assume a, B, c, d, e, f these 6 kinds of chemical raw materials are respectively stored in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 these 6 Hopper. Therefore, it is necessary to set each type of chemical raw materials to be used separately in the hopper. Let's assume that four kinds of chemical ingredients A, C, D and E are used in the formula of a welding agent. The four chemical materials A, C, D, and E are respectively packed in the four bins, namely, 1, 3, 4, 5, and a, c, the weight ratio of the four chemical ingredients D and E is 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg and 65 kg (assuming the car can hold up to 100 kg of chemical materials ). After setting, the operator releases the "Start ingredients" command.

2)
First, switch the vehicle back to the position 0, and prepare to start the ingredients once. That is, when the car reaches the 0 Position switch, the car stops.

3)
Start the car to drive forward. When the car reaches the 1 position switch, the car stops, the 1 Hopper opens, and begins to flow into the car Chemical Raw Material A. When it reaches 5 kilograms, 1. Close the hopper and stop the streaming. Start the car to drive forward.

4)
When the car 2 position switch, because do not need to configure the No. 2 Hopper inside the Chemical Raw Material B, so the car does not stop, continue to drive forward.

When the car No. 3 is switched, the car stops. When the No. 3 Hopper is opened, it begins to flow into the car's Chemical Raw Material C. When it reaches 10 kilograms, the No. 3 Hopper is closed and the flow of materials is stopped. Start the car to drive forward.

6)
When the car No. 4 is switched, the car stops. When the hopper No. 4 is opened, it begins to flow into the car's chemical raw material D. When it reaches 20 kilograms, the hopper No. 4 is closed and the flow of materials is stopped. Start the car to drive forward.

7)
When the car No. 5 is switched, the car stops, the hopper No. 5 is opened, and the chemical raw material e enters into the car. When it reaches 65 kilograms, the hopper No. 5 is closed and the streaming material is stopped. Start the car to drive forward.

8)
When the car 6 Position switch, because do not need to configure the 6 Hopper inside the chemical material F, so the car does not stop, continue to drive forward.

9)
When the car reaches the 7 Position switch, the car stops, and automatically turn the car up, the chemical raw materials in the car into a mixer, then the car quickly go backwards. When the car is driving backwards, it does not stop when it encounters the 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 positions. It does not stop when it encounters the 0 Position switch.

10)
Execute steps 3rd to 9th cyclically until the operator releases the "Stop ingredients" command and the ingredients process ends. The "Stop ingredients" command can be issued only when the vehicle reaches the 0 and 7 positions.

 

The content of this design is: Write a program in VC ++ and use visualized animation to simulate the working process of the above-mentioned automatic batching system.

Tip: 1) assume that the vehicle is moving forward at a constant speed, and the vehicle is regressing at a constant speed, and the speed is significantly faster than the forward speed. Its purpose is to improve production efficiency.

2) The weight of ingredients can be simulated by the length of time that the car stops before the hopper. For example, the vehicle is paused for 0.2 seconds per kilogram. (The pause time of the car corresponding to each kilogram of material should be adjusted ).

3) All chemical raw materials are flour-like solid raw materials.

 

Requirements

This program is the simulation of the automatic batching system for welding electrode. Its function is to place an electric batching car on a rail (similar to a train track), place a switch between 0 and 7 on the rail, and fix 6 buckets on the top of the rail, different flour-like solid chemical raw materials are placed in it. Each Hopper has an electronic valve that controls the opening and closing of the hopper. When you click Start ingredients, a dialog box is displayed asking you to enter the proportion of ingredients required by the car. When you enter the weight of paint required by the car in sequence, the car starts ingredients from right to left. When the car reaches a certain position and the paint in the funnel above needs to be switched during the batching process, the funnel leaks into the car and enters the weight pigment in the dialog box. On the contrary, the car continues to move forward until it reaches the mixer, the car is poured into the loaded paint, the car quickly returns, start the next batching process. When you need to stop the car, click "Stop ingredients" to stop the car automatically. When you click "Start ingredients" again, the car quickly rolls back to the rightmost side to start ingredients.
