Speechless, younger brother!

Speechless me !!!!! Click a link in http: // 127.0.0.1/(local) and the page is not displayed. Instead, it re-opens http: // 127.0.0.1/, and the images in http: // 127.0.0.1/are not displayed. I'm not sure it's Apache !!!!!
