The tool is Eclipse Maven, which builds a project framework after uploading SVN with the following error:

Workaround:

Right-click on the project in Eclipse team-"Share Project---" Select SVN and

Next---Select the URL of the repository you will share the project with (this URL can be displayed by clicking on the repository you want to select on your SVN server)---"next--" next--"Finsh"
