I installed Visual Studio 2015 on Win10 today, and when I create a new project, a dialog box pops up after you select an item in the template:

In Windows open function (shortcut key win+r) input regedit, enter to open the Registrar. Then go to the following path Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\control\lsa\fipsalgorithmpolicy
Set Enable to 0
