VMware View 5.0 Rookie Tutorial (10) Remote Graphics workstation configuration

This document provides an example of the 0 client vp200p and Pcoi card vp200h provided by PCoIP device vendor Leadtek to describe the entire installation step. The following configurations are installed in VMware View 4.5, but are also common in newer versions, such as View4.6 and view 5.0.

First, view the firmware version of the 0 client and PCoIP card (firmware)

1.vp200 h can be directly connected through the network, IE browser input vp200h IP address access VP200 h (default IP address 192.168.1.100), admin interface-info-version view

2. VP200 P Connect the monitor, the keyboard mouse, the boot automatically into the Web management interface Option-infomation view

Second, upgrade the firmware version of VP200 H, VP200 p (firmware)

Firmware versions of VP200 H, VP200 p must be upgraded to 3.2 or more versions when used with VMware View 4.5.

Note: VP200 H and VP200 p upgrade files to the same file

1. VP200 h firmware Upgrade: IP address access to the host card's Web Administration page-upload-firmware, go to the upgrade page and browse firmware files and upgrade
