What is the difference between Exception Handling and IF else statements?

Here I will write a little bit of my opinion.

Exception Handling can be said to be the packaging of errors made by the Programming experts for the problems we encounter. We need to know more about errors than ourselves,

If we use an if else statement to judge the case, we cannot judge all the cases. Even if we can judge the case, it will take a lot of effort. If we accidentally write a wrong judgment, it is not a good thing for us to be found by others.

I personally think that if the software is used by myself, you do not need to handle exceptions. However, I suggest you handle exceptions when using the software for others.
