Method 1: Change the video card settings

Right-click "computer" in the Start menu and click "Manage" on the page to open the page.
After entering, click "Device Manager"> "Display Adapter"> "XX graphics card driver software" on the left, and right-click "update driver software.
Then we performed step by step so that Windows automatically searched for software updates.
Change the display settings.
This setting varies depending on the graphics card, some of which are scaled, others are green, and some are directly borderless.
Method 2: modify the registry
If the first method is invalid, you can modify the registry to implement full screen.
In the initial search, enter regedit.exe and double-click it to open the registry table editor.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE----SYSTEM ---- ControlSet001 ---- Control ---- GraphicsDrivers ---- Configuration ---- HWP28423CQ92762B3_1B_07D9_38----00----00 ---- Scaling
Note: HWP28423CQ92762B3_1B_07D9_38 is the value corresponding to ATI Radeon 3100. Different video cards have different node names. However, this node has a 00--00 -- Scaling subitem.
Find scaling in the left window, right-click it, and click "modify" in the pop-up menu ". Change the value to 3, and the original value is 4.
If it is 3, I change it to 4, and then I try to change it to 3 to see if it works.
