Windows operating system shortcut keys

First, common usage

F1 Displays Help content for the current program or Windows.

F2 Renaming the selected file

F3 when you're on the desktop, open the Find All Files dialog box

F10 or Alt activates the current program's menu bar

Windows key or Ctrl+esc open Start menu

Ctrl+alt+delete Open Windows Task Manager

Ctrl+shift+esc Open Windows Task Manager

Delete Deletes the selected selection item and, if it is a file, will be put into the Recycle Bin

Shift+delete Deletes the selected item, if it is a file, it will be deleted directly instead of being put into the Recycle Bin

CTRL + N Create a new file

Ctrl+o Open the Open File dialog box

Ctrl+p Open the Print dialog box

Ctrl+s Save the current operation of the file

Ctrl+w Close the current window

Ctrl+x Cut the selected item to the Clipboard

SHIFT+F10 or right-click to open the shortcut menu for the currently active project

SHIFT to the CD, you can skip the auto-play CD. When you open Word, you can skip the self-launched macro by pressing and dropping it.

ALT+F4 Closing the current application

Alt+spacebar Open the menu in the top left corner of the program

ALT + TAB Toggle Current Program

ALT+ESC Switching the current program

Alt+enter to switch msdos Windows running under Windows between Windows and full-screen state

Second, use the shortcut keys of Windows Explorer

Purpose shortcut keys:

If the current selection is expanded, to collapse or select the parent folder left arrow to collapse the selected folder NUM lock+ minus (-)

If the current selection is collapsed, expand or select the first subfolder right arrow to expand All folders under the current selection NUM lock+*

Expand the selected folder NUM lock+ Plus (+)

Toggle between left and right panes F6

Third, use the Windows key

You can use the following shortcut keys for the Microsoft Natural Keyboard or any other compatible keyboard that contains the Windows logo key.

Purpose shortcut keys:

Loop windows+ tab between buttons on the taskbar

Show "Find: All Files" windows+ F

Show "Find Computer" CTRL + Windows+ F

Show help and Support Center for WINDOWS windows+ F1

Show "Run" command windows+ R

Display the Start menu WINDOWS

Iv. using shortcut keys for my Computer and Windows Explorer

Purpose shortcut keys:

Close the selected folder and all its parent folders hold down the SHIFT key and then click the Close button (only for My computer)

Move backward to previous view ALT + LEFT arrow

Move forward to previous view ALT + RIGHT ARROW

View Top level folder BACKSPACE

HOME displays the top of the current window

END Displays the bottom of the current window

BACKSPACE viewing the previous level folder

Left arrow collapses the item when the current selection is expanded, or selects its parent folder

Right ARROW expands the item when the current selection is collapsed, or selects the first subfolder

NUM lock+ minus sign (-) collapses the selected folder

NUM lock+ Plus (+) expands the selected folder

NUM lock+ asterisk (*) expands the selected folder and its subfolders

V. Use the shortcut keys in the dialog box

Purpose shortcut keys:

Cancel Current Task ESC

If the current control is a button, to click the button, or if the current control is a check box, to select or clear the check box, or if the current control is an option button, click the option Space key

Click the appropriate command ALT + underlined letter

Click the selected button ENTER

Move backward shift+ tab on options

Move backwards on the tab CTRL + Shift+ tab

Move tab forward on an option

Move forward Ctrl + TAB on the tab

If you selected a folder in the Save As or Open dialog box, to open the top level folder BACKSPACE

Open the Save to or lookup F4 in the Save As or Open dialog box

If the live option is a check box, select or clear the check box SPACEBAR

When you select an item, you can use the following shortcut keys:

Do not use AutoPlay to insert CD-ROM when inserting discs

Copy File Ctrl + Drag a file

Create Shortcut hold Ctrl+shift drag file

Delete an item immediately without putting it into shift+delete

"Recycle Bin":

Show "Find all Files" F3

Display the shortcut menu for an item application key

You can use the application key for Microsoft Natural keyboards or other compatible keys that contain application keys

Vii. shortcut keys for Microsoft amplification programs

The combination of the Windows logo key and other keys is used here.

Shortcut key Purpose

Windows logo +print screen copies the screens to the Clipboard (including the mouse cursor)

Windows logo +scroll lock copies the screen to the Clipboard (excluding the mouse cursor)

Windows Logo + PAGE up toggles the inverse color.

Windows Logo + PAGE down toggle following mouse cursor

Windows Logo + UP arrow increases magnification

Windows Logo + down arrow reduces magnification

Viii. using auxiliary options shortcut keys

Simple and complex output

Users who like the output of traditional Chinese characters, can use the Microsoft Pinyin Input Method property settings interface to change the output character set to traditional, you can easily get traditional output through pinyin input.

Switching between different input methods

If multiple input methods or input languages are installed in the machine, you can switch between different input/input languages by pressing the <Windows> key +< the space > key. You can also click the IME icon in the lower right corner of the Windows desktop with your mouse and select the input method you want.
