Problem Scenario
A Windows Server 2008 host installed IIS, deployed two sites, want to implement both sites use HTTPS access, and then apply for two certificates and deployed to the two sites, but the access will be error;
Solution Solutions
1. Bind different ports for each site, such as domain1.com:443 and domain2.com:444
2, to give a site to assign different IP, resolve the conflict;
3, use the wildcard certificate;
4. Upgrade to the default IIS version for IIS 8;
5, upgrade the system for Windows Server2012 above version;
Experiment Preparation Site 1:iis.guoxh.cn site 2:abc.guoxh.cn here will detail the first implementation, assigning a different port to each site, but the disadvantage is that access needs to use https://DOMAIN:PORT/this way to access ; Start configuration: 1, add IIS Role
First we need to add the IIS service, here do not do a detailed, their own Baidu;
2. Create a Site Directory
Create a WebApp directory with a drive letter, and then create a two-station root directory under the directory IIS and ABC;
3. CREATE index file
Create an index file of two sites for test access;
4. Import two certificates
Open IIS Manager, import two certificates in two times;
5. Add a site
Add two sites specify the newly created directory, specifying a different port, where the IIS site specifies 443 ports, the ABC site, specifying 444 ports;
6. Add parsing
The test IIS site specifies port 443, access to HTTPS by default is 443, so you do not need to specify the port to access, the ABC site specifies a 444 port, so access needs to specify the port;
Here, the IIS multi-site Deployment https above Windows Server 2008 has been implemented ~
