Skill one document content easy to compare

The document has been revised many times, before the revision and the revised content is difficult to distinguish, how to do? The "compare" Document feature of Office Word2007 is greatly enhanced, experience it! First click the Review tab in the Ribbon, and then click the Compare button in the Compare option group to select the Compare command in the Drop-down menu (see figure). Next, select the "Original document" and "revised document" you want to compare, and the details of the revisions are presented in front of you. By selecting, comparing documents, original documents, and revised documents will appear in the comparison results document, which is very handy.

Tip Two word also as translator

Encounter unfamiliar words or phrases, go to the Internet search? Without this hassle, WORD2007 provides powerful language support capabilities. Select the content of the document you want to translate, right-click, execute the Translate command, and then move the mouse over the word or phrase, hold down the ALT key and click the mouse, and immediately translate the results to the right.
