XenServer 7 Template Export and Import methods detailed

The company hosted a batch of machines in the computer room, part of which was replaced by XenServer 7, in order to squeeze more hardware resources, and there is no public storage, which caused a problem, each physical node to use its own storage. Then the system template what all need to have (although can do resource pool to solve, but I do not want), so have today's template export and import action
