Select External Chek When configuring the monitor item, and then specify run scripts and parameters in the key column. The following is the difference between the 1.8 and 2.0 versions in key configuration:
* In the 1.8 version of the format of the key is Scriptname[arg1 arg2 ...], parameters with spaces, Zabbix the actual implementation of the command is ScriptName server_hostname arg1 arg2, see here
* After 2.0, the format of the key is Scriptname[arg1, arg2 ...], the parameters are separated by commas, Zabbix the actual command is ScriptName arg1 arg2 ...

Configuration process
