(I am only in the local environment encountered this problem can be handled, not sure whether the server under such a change will have security issues)

Locate the Apache configuration file, the general path is apache/httpd.conf, and the search "Deny from all" is modified to allow from all, as shown below

AllowOverride None
Order Deny,allow
Allow from all
