CentOS Install MySQL

Fast installation of MySQL under Centos7

CentOS 7 's Yum source does not appear to be properly installed when MySQL mysql-sever file, need to go to the official web download

# wget http://dev.mysql.com/get/mysql-community-release-el7-5.noarch.rpm# rpm -ivh mysql-community-release-el7-5.noarch.rpm# yum install mysql-community-server

Restart MySQL service after successful installation

1	# service mysqld restart

The initial installation of MySQL is a root account without a password

How to set a password

# Mysql-uroot

mysql> set password for ' root ' @ ' localhost ' = password (' mypasswd ');

Mysql> exit

Remotely authorize a connection to MySQL

GRANT all privileges on * * to ' root ' @ '% ' identified by ' MyPassword ' with GRANT OPTION;

FLUSH privileges;
