Gmail is starting to provide users with "unsubscribe" buttons to avoid being bothered by ad mail.

Even though the spam filtering technology of modern email is good enough, it is clear that all kinds of promotional emails are still bothering us. So Google is ready to repair this part of the mail for Gmail users. Google has started to add "unsubscribe" buttons to Gmail users, which appear in the top of the message, to protect users from some of the ad mails.

Foreign media reported that Google disclosed the new feature last week, and that subsequent unsubscribe options began appearing in some ad mail. Clicking on Google's Set button does not lead the user to the unsubscribe page of the mailing site, but Google automatically sends a message to the site requesting cancellation of the subscriber's subscription, and requests no longer to receive promotional messages from each other.

In fact, Google in 2009 has launched a similar function, but also to provide users with unsubscribe button, the implementation process is slightly different. At the time, Google said its automatic unsubscribe mails often didn't work. The current junk e-mail does not provide a unsubscribe button for the user because sending a unsubscribe message will only incur more spam. While this may not always work, Google's move is still popular with users, compared with the unsubscribe options hidden in the site.
