Install Curl, GD (Ubuntu) to PHP under Linux

The installation method is simple and requires only one command.

# sudo apt-get install curl libcurl3 Libcurl3-dev Php5-curl

Congratulations, PHP5 curl installation is complete. Remember to restart the Apache server

# sudo/etc/init.d/apache2 Restart

If you still have a problem, try editing your php.ini file

sudo vim/etc/php5/apache2/php.ini

Add a line at the end:

Extension=curl.so

Restart the Apache server after saving the file.

sudo service httpd restart

Similar to installing the GD process, run the following command: Apt-get install PHP5-GD
