Make repeating strings in Word documents automatically updated

I've often encountered a situation where the Word document has been entered, a value has changed, and all the same values in the document have to be changed, usually by using the edit/Replace command, but this method is an afterthought and a hassle. It is best to be able to change the other repeating characters automatically during the input process when some fixed characters have changed. Repeat this operation until all relevant values and text input are completed
