Outlook New Mail arrival reminder settings and Outlook minimized to tray settings

We may need to receive a lot of emails every day. Some emails need to be processed immediately, so we hope we can know immediately after receiving the emails, but do not want to see them frequently. Outlook can help us easily receive new emails.

Set a new mail arrival reminder for Outlook: Options-> email options-> advanced email options-> select the desktop notification for the arrival of the new mail. After outlook is started, minimization always occupies a position on the taskbar, which is inconvenient to work, so we hope it can be minimized to the tray. The following methods can help you achieve this: 1. open Registry: Start Menu-> Run, enter "Regedit" and press ENTER
2. Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Office \ 11.0 (for Outlook XP, 10.0 here) \ Outlook \ preferences Project
3. Create a DWORD Value (dubyte value) named "mintotray" and change the value to 1.
4. Close the Registry Editor. If Outlook XP/2003 is running, Disable Outlook XP/2003.
5. start Outlook XP/2003. Now there is a small icon in the system tray area for Outlook XP/2003. When you minimize Outlook XP/2003, it will scale itself into the tray area.
