Recently the server has Java, but to the PHP environment, the resulting timestamp converted to the time format of the exception, the query data learned:

The result of the time () function of PHP is the Unix timestamp, the value is in seconds; for example: 1463564861

The result returned by System.currenttimemillis () in Java, the unit of the value is milliseconds. Example: 1463579759591

So in Java to get the server PHP return timestamp multiplied by 1000, in order to correctly convert to the corresponding time.
