Rmagick Installation Process in WINXP

It took half a day to install rmagick on Ubuntu. A lot of fees have been paid for the various major databases.
I thought it should be simpler in WINXP and I encountered some problems.
Download the RMagick-2.9.0-ImageMagick-6.4.8-6-Q8 package.
Decompress the package and run the ImageMagick installer.
First installed ImageMagick.
Run the gem install rmagick-2. ***. gem -- local
Successfully installed rmagick
It should be successful.
The running example is still faulty. Dialog Box C Runtime Library
CMD window error... no decode delegate...
Then, rmagick, ImageMagick uninstall, and re-install are performed several times.
The following problems are found:
The rmagick 2.9.0 Win32 gem was compiled with VC ++ 2008 to be compatible with ImageMagick 6.4.8.
Ruby 1.8.6 one-click installer was compiled with yet a 3rd Compiler
It is estimated that it is vc2005 compile.
Old version installed
Install ImageMagick 6.4.5 and rmagick 2.7.1 from this file: http://rubyforge.org/frs/download.php/46136/RMagick-2.7.1-ImageMagick-6.4.5-3-Q8.zip.
A simple example can be run.
The demo. RB running rmagick reports an error again.
Gswin32c.exe ********
Ghostscript is used, and ghostscript is installed again.
