1. Lead Time (lead time, LT)
The start time refers to the work cycle of a job, that is, the time from the start of the job to the end of the job.
The early stage is mainly aimed at "demands. If the Sourcing Department provides a certain type of purchased material to the production department on a certain day, The Sourcing Department should issue the procurement order before the required date. Otherwise, it is impossible to provide the materials to the production department in a timely manner, this advance period is the start time.
The early stage is an important basic data for generating MPs, MRP, workshop operation plan, and procurement plan. In the ERP system, the lead time is in the material Code For maintenance (directly maintained or generated according to the process route), the procurement item should be set up with a procurement lead time, while the manufacturing item should be set with a processing lead time.
Category:
1) lead time for production preparation: the time required from the start of the production plan to the completion of the production preparation (which can be put into production.
2) procurement lead time: the entire time from the purchase order to the completion of materials for warehouse receiving.
3) production and processing start time: from the production and processing inputs (Production Preparation completed) to the full time of production completion and warehouse receiving, production and processing (or assembly ), the early stage consists of the detoxification time, preparation time, processing time, waiting time, and transmission time.
4) Early Stage of Assembly: the whole time from assembly input to Assembly completion.
5) Accumulative lead time: total lead time for procurement, processing, and assembly.
6) The overall early stage refers to the entire production cycle of the product, including the product design lead time, production preparation lead time, procurement lead time, and the total number of lead time for processing, assembly, testing, testing, and shipment.
2. planned time span (planning horizon, pH)
The planned time span, also known as the planned outlook period, refers to the time range covered by the plan preparation.
Different plans in ERP have different planned time spans. Generally, the higher the planning level, the longer the planning time span, the lower the planning level, and the shorter the planning time span. For example, the time span of a business plan is generally 2 ~ 7 years; Production Plan outline is 1 ~ 3 years; Primary Production Plan: 1 year; MRP: 3 ~ 18 months. The planned time span should be at least equal to the cumulative lead time of the plan.
3. scheduled time period (TB)
The scheduled time period, also known as the scheduled time period (or plan period), is the time unit of the organization and the actual plan. The planned outlook period is divided into several time periods (planned time periods or planned time periods) to arrange and organize production.
The scheduled time period can be expressed by year, quarter, month, week, or day. Similarly, the lower the plan level, the shorter the plan cycle. The plan cycle of the business plan is generally one year, the plan cycle of the production plan outline is several months, and the plan cycle of the main production plan is generally several weeks, the planning cycle of the MRP plan is generally several days.
4. Time Zone (Tz) and time field (TF)
In the main production plan, according to different policies and processes prepared by the plan, the plan Outlook period is divided into three time intervals from near to far: demand time zone (Time Interval 1), planned time zone (time interval 2) and predicted time zone (time interval 3 ). The time interval.
For orders in different time ranges, the modification and management policies are different. In the time interval that is closer to the current time, changes to the order must be approved by the higher-level lead.
