Welcome interface, ignore it, just click Next
Choose the installation directory, as you like, suggest not to install in C disk
Select the installation method, recommended by default, direct point next
There's no need to change, just click Next.
MySQL username and password, character sets, set it yourself
Start installation
All hooks (start Apache and MySQL) point close is over.

Apache2.2--apache Server Directory
php--php Directory
Mysql--mysql Directory
www--Site Directory (used to install your PHP program, phpMyAdmin is also inside, because it is also a PHP program)
