Force a Windows service to be deleted

A pending service as shown, all the buttons associated with the service are disabled, including start, stop, pause, and resume.

To stop this service, first remember the name of this service, here is ' Entropysoftcfs '.

Then open a command-line window, run the SC queryex command to get the PID of the service, and then use the Taskkill command to stop it.
