(1) time issues of work tasks

Let the boss understand the project process, instead, we have a mental preparation. The date is not fixed, but can be adjusted according to the actual situation. Of course, the boss must agree.
3. It is normal to work overtime, but it is not an excessive requirement to get overtime or change the value for vacation.

I personally think that the project should be held accountable. If the project is not held accountable, the extension will become difficult; if the project is held accountable, the extension will not happen frequently.

 

 

(2) Project Management

Different project managers may make different decisions for different owners. There is no textbook solution. Especially in combination with the specific situation, not necessarily any method is absolutely correct.

In my personal sense, the project manager should have a clear goal and an accurate estimation of his team. Project management is more of a kind of personal feeling.

For the direction of work, listen to the boss, because the work content is determined by the boss.
You have to listen to your work methods because they are not the work scope of the boss.

 

 

(3 ). Attitude

Those who are active and those who are active

Are you confused about restaurant dishes? Are sanitation workers confused?

Whether you are confused or not does not have much to do with your current work.

A helmsman who cannot grasp his own direction is as confused as he is on any ship.

When you work, you must forget the way of thinking in exam-oriented education. The environment around you is not a school that is "easy to learn as required by the teacher.

No one has the responsibility to tell you how to do it now, and there is no straight road to make you live a happy life just by walking down.

Think about the story of the pony crossing the river. If you ask one hundred people, try it on your own.

There are multiple investigations, multiple scrutiny, more thoughts, and more practices in everything.

Your future lies in your own hands, absorbing more knowledge, obtaining more information, building your own world outlook and morality, setting up your own goals, finding your own pursuits, and using your own methods to achieve it.

(4) Policy

1. Do not believe that others can achieve it perfectly according to their own ideas.

2. Be diligent and at least check the results on a weekly basis, instead of waiting for a summary to report.

3. Master and analyze subordinate abilities and personalities, and allocate work and resources appropriately

4. Find a horizontal balance point based on the technical capabilities of the team and create controllable specifications and requirements

5. Do not overestimate the learning and innovation abilities of subordinates, so that they can achieve their own goals.

6. subordinates work only. Their ideological consciousness is different from yours. They are just a job... Of course, you are just a wage earners. First, learn to understand each other. First, find your own reasons.
