Four things: Rule-based, responsible, well-documented, and supervised

Last month, Wen Zong taught us to follow four things: Rule-based, responsible, well-documented, and supervised.

I thought it was quite reasonable, but I didn't quite understand it. So I checked the details on the Internet as follows:

Everything follows rules-rules and regulations are well-regulated and become the basis for handling affairs;

People are responsible for everything-clear responsibility for work, responsibility to people, should be in place;

Everything is well documented-data should be sorted in a timely manner, systematic and complete manner;

People supervise everything-establish supervision institutions and supervision systems, strengthen supervision, and strengthen assessment.
