This step-by-step article describes you to create collapsible list in Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003. All procedures are performed in existing Web page.
To create a collapsible list
1. In Design view, place the outline insertion point you want to create.
2. On Format Menu,click Bullets and numbering.
3. On the Numbering tab, select the number or letter you want to start, and then click OK.
4. To each item in the outline, regardless of the level it will occupy the completed list, type the item and press ENTER.
5. When you type the last item, press the ENTER key two times to end the list.
6. To put each item at the correct level, do the following: To move an item down the next number level, click the item, click the Formatting toolbar, and then click Increase Indent two times.
To format the item and use it as a paragraph at the current level (without bullets or numbering), click the item, and then click Increase Indent once.
To "to" previous level move Item,click Item,and then as many The times as must, so, to, want level move item click Decrease Indent.
7. To apply a number, apply a letter, or apply a bullet style to different levels of items, right-click an item, and then click List Properties.
8. Click the Picture Bullets tab, the Unformatted Items List tab or the Number tab, click the style you want to use, and then click OK.
Set the entire list to collapsible
To made list Collapsible,follow these steps:1. Right-click the item at the highest level in the list, and then click List Properties.
2. Click to select the Enable collapsible outline check box.
3. If you want to collapse the list the first time you open the page in your Web browser, click to collapse the check box when you select it, and then click OK.
Note If your list contains multiple items at the same level, each level that will be collapsible and below the first level will also be collapsible.
As collapsible in list set
To set only one level in the collapsible list, follow these steps: 1. Right-click the first item where you want to be collapsible, at the level of the list, and then click List Properties.
2. Click to select the Enable collapsible outline check box.
Note If your list contains multiple items at the same level, each level that will be collapsible and below the first level will also be collapsible.
