The above error occurs mainly because: FileZilla This FTP client mode problem

There are two modes of data transmission in FTP protocol: Active mode (PORT mode) and passive mode (passive modes). The two modes initiate the connection in the opposite direction, the active mode is originated from the server to the client, and the passive mode is the client initiating a connection to the server side. Whether to take passive mode depends on the client program, and the passive command on the FTP command line enables passive mode to be turned off/on.

Changing the FileZilla mode to active mode (PORT mode) solves it.
