Fu Xin Reader supports the PDF signature feature, which allows you to add a handwritten signature to a PDF file, or to import a picture from a local disk or clipboard as a signature. At the same time, Fu Xin Reader also supports signature encryption, allowing users to encrypt the saved signatures, prevent others from illegally using or editing the saved signatures, and further protect the safe use of sensitive information.
To add a signature to a PDF document, do the following:
Select Protect > PDF signature > Create signature.
In the Create Signature dialog box, select Draw signature, import file, or from clipboard to create the signature.
If you choose Draw Signature, click Draw, draw the signature in the Draw signature box, and then click OK to save the signature.
If you want to refer to a picture for signature, select Import file, click Browse, then select the desired picture and click "Open". You can preview the picture in the preview box.
If you want to apply the contents of the Clipboard directly as a signature, select from Clipboard, and the system automatically imports the Clipboard contents and displays them in the preview box.
Optionally, check the "password required to use this signature" option, enter the password and confirm it.
Click Save, and then double-click the location where you want to add the signature to add the signature to the PDF document.
Note: When you apply an encrypted signature, the FU Xin Reader will ask you to enter a password.
