Fully uninstall MySQL

1. Delete the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ controlset001 \ Services \ Eventlog \ Application \ mysql directory.
2. Delete the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ controlset002 \ Services \ Eventlog \ Application \ mysql directory.
3. Delete the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ Eventlog \ Application \ mysql directory.
Controlset001 and controlset002 in the Registry are not necessarily 001 and 002. They may be deleted when controlset005 or 006 is used.

All are deleted.
Check whether the my. ini file exists in the C: \ Windows directory and delete it.
Check c: \ Documents ents and Settings \ All Users \ Application Data and delete the MySQL directory
