If the user is caused by the installation of new software, uninstall the software in safe mode. If some settings have been changed, such as the display resolution setting beyond the display range of the monitor, resulting in a black screen, you can change it back after entering safe mode, you can also put the Screen Protection Program with a password in the "Start" menu. If you forget the password, the computer cannot be operated normally, or you can change it in security mode.

3. Delete stubborn files

When we delete some files in Windows or clear the recycle bin content, the system sometimes prompts "a certain file is being used and cannot be deleted". 4. Completely clear viruses
