Generate a cview derived class and related iner using the self-made wizard under carbide. c ++

Because the current carbide. c ++ 1.2 Express version does not have a wizard to automatically generate a cview derived class. So we created a project that accelerates development in the multi-view architecture.

• Redefinition of view ID in xxxview. h file
