Getting Started with Word Animation Tutorial 76: Creating a text Box link

Create two or more empty text boxes in the document. Select the first, right-click on the mesh border, select Create Text Box link, when the mouse pointer changes to an upright cup, move it to the second text box, the mouse pointer changes to a Tilted cup, click to complete the link.

To continue linking to other text boxes, select the second text box, and then "inject" to the third text box as described above, and so on.

During text entry, if the first text box is full, the insertion point automatically goes to the next text box in the link to continue displaying the text.

Attention:

1. Only empty text boxes to accept links, a text box can only accept a link.

2. In the link process, press the ESC key to cancel the link operation.

3. Select the Source text box, right-click, and select "Disconnect forward link" to remove it from the link to the latter text box, and the contents of all linked text boxes will then be included in this text box.

4. Select a text box, the "view" → "toolbar" → "text box", you can display the text box toolbar, using the above four buttons, you can complete the text box linked to all operations.
