Word has a copier-like zoom feature that allows you to scale or enlarge the font size and graphics on a page to fit the selected paper size without page setup. The method is as follows:
1. Perform "file" → "print" (or press Ctrl+p) to open the Print dialog box.
2. In the lower right corner, in the Zoom box, select the scaled paper type.
3. Click "OK" button.
If you select the number of pages you want in the per-page version drop-down box after step 2nd, you can also print multiple pages on a single page with page numbers. In this way, you can also make a double-sided printed booklet. For example, this example animation shows the B5 paper, version 2, which is printed as a double-sided booklet by controlling the print order (shown in the virtual printer, Microsoft Office Document Image writer).
Attention:
When you print multiple versions on a single sheet of paper, Word automatically controls the orientation of the page. 4, 16 version, the paper is longitudinal, 2, 6, 8 version, the paper is horizontal.
The specific operation of the animation demo process is as follows: Do not see clearly click the animation zoom.
