Undo and Redo are the "back up" mechanisms designed to prevent user errors, which are reciprocal, undo the previous step (or steps), and restore to cancel the undo action you just made.
I. Withdrawal
Method: Click the Undo button on the Standard toolbar.
Method Two: Perform "edit" → "undo".
Method Three: Press the Ctrl+z key.
Attention:
1. The ScreenTip for the Undo button and the Undo command name in the Edit menu change depending on the last action.
2. Click the Drop-down button to the right of the Undo button to display all the undo actions that were previously performed in the menu, the closer you are to the position, the more you move the pointer down, and then click to undo the selected action once.
Ii. Recovery
Recovery is a reverse operation that is undone, except that the Undo command has just been executed in the previous step, the Undo button on the Common toolbar is available, and the Restore command is available in the Edit menu (otherwise it will be replaced by "repeat") and is similar to undo.
Method One: Click the Recover button on the Standard toolbar.
Method Two: Perform "edit" → "restore".
Method Three: Press the Ctrl+y key.
Third, repeat
If you have just performed an operation or executed a command, perform the edit → repeat xxx command to repeat the previous action. In addition, there are three sets of shortcut keys that have the same function.
