Remove the Ggplot2 package and the Munsell package that were not successfully installed, then locate the Library folder under the R folder, create a new Munsell folder, and then place the munsell_0.4.2 zip file under Munsell. Then follow the normal software installation, point packages, then click Install Packages from local zip file, then select munsell_0.4.2, and then follow the normal install.packages (" Ggplot2 ") can be done.
