Ghost Network Operation Skills
Many of my friends will use ghost to reinstall the system, but have you tried to use ghost for network backup and reinstallation? Let's see how it works.
1. Start the computer with a boot disk. After the system is successfully guided, the Ghost operation interface is automatically displayed. Next, point to Peer to peer → TCP/IP menu, and click the Master option.
TIPS: The TCP/IP option is available because the network supports boot disk boot. In addition, the Master and Slave options are available in the next menu of TCP/IP options, indicating whether the computer is used as a host or a client.
2. Open the Clone TCP/IP Address to join to dialog box and wait for the IP Address of the client to be entered in the edit box.
3. Start another computer with another boot disk, go to the Ghost operation interface, point to Peer to peer → TCP/IP menu, and click the Slave option to use the computer as a client. You can view the IP address used by the local machine on the Ghost interface.
4. Before returning to the host, enter the IP Address of the client in the edit box of the Clone TCP/IP Address to join to dialog box and click OK. Then the host and the client start to connect. After the connection is complete, you can perform network backup and recovery operations.
Note: The steps for network backup and recovery are the same as those for online backup and recovery using the LPT interface.
