Installation steps:

1, according to YouTube content, download "ASA Ios.rar"

2, Configuration GNS3

Edit → Preferences →qemu→asa

Identifier Name: ASA 8.0.2

Memory: MiB

QEMU option:-NO-QUIT-NO-ACPI-VGA none-vnc None

ASA specific settings:

initrd:asa802-k8.initrd-asdm_webvpn_mcontext_menu_v3-lite.gz "ASA ios.rar" file absolute path

Kernel:asa802-k8.kernel "ASA ios.rar" file absolute path

Kernel command line: Auto CONSOLE=TTYS0,9600N8 nousb ide1=noprobe bigphysarea=16384 hda=980,16,32

Click: Save →apply→ok

Problem:

When you are finished, use the ASA to connect to switch, and after booting, open "Console" error:

Network error Connection refused. 127.0.0.1:3001. Inactive restart in 3 seconds.

Modify:

Download QEMU, put it in the software directory, and add an absolute path.

Download version: Qemu version 0.11.0 for Windows
