First step: Download tomcat
: http://tomcat.apache.org/download-70.cgi
Directly download the following check:
Step two: After the download is complete, put the extracted folder into a directory under/users/lang/
1. Open your terminal: then enter Pico. Bash_profile Enter a space between the Pico and. Bash_profile
2. Then add the path to your tomcat-placed paths as shown in: Mac can drag folders directly into bash
After editing, control+x (save) Continue: Y (agree) carriage return;
Step three: Start Tamcat
1) If you have configured (convenient) This step, you can enter the startup.sh directly in the terminal
2) If you do not configure (convenient) This step, first CD xxxx (XXX Indicates the path you tomcat put to), and then enter startup.sh
Attention:
If the word "Permission denied" appears after startup.sh, you will need to set permissions on this directory:
Start Terminal: Enter sudo chmod 755 xxx/bin/*.sh (XXX Indicates the path you tomcat put to) enter;
OK, start Tomcat again at the terminal input startup.sh;
If it appears as follows:
Ok,comcat start complete, we monitor the following:
Open Browser Input http://localhost:8080/
If you can open the Tomcat home page correctly, the Tomcat configuration starts successfully:
Click Eclipse in the upper-right corner of Eclipse and select Preferences.
Choose to run server with Apache and then select Tomcat 7.0
Turn Tomcat off. shutdown.sh
Back to eclipse: as shown, click on the green button to start the next Tomcat (remember to confirm that the terminal has closed Tomcat before booting, or it will say that the port is occupied)
After confirming that Tomcat has successfully started, close it off and see

Left-click the Tomcat server, tick the use Tomcat installation (optional)
Then reboot tomcat, browser input http://localhost:8080/
