Go language will be migrated to GitHub

This is a created article in which the information may have evolved or changed. Go has been an open source project for more than 5 years, and more and more people on GitHub use the Go,go team to think they should join them and decide to move the go project to GitHub.

Today, the Go team plans to migrate the Go project and all its sub-libraries to github,issue tracker and wikis, and all of the data will be retained. The Go team will review the Gerrit instance using a google-hosted code.

The Go project will be switched on after release 1.4 (December), all 1.5 will be developed on GitHub, and Mercurial tree will be closed after the release of version 1.4.
