First make sure you've set the chart to a pie chart in the designer

InChart Properties, open the Legends collection, if you have not yet added a legend member, add a legend member, open the Cellcolumns collection on its right, add a Column1, ColumnType selected as seriessymbol, add a Column2, select the columntype attribute as text, and open the following Text property, insert a new keyword, select x value, and delete the original #LegendText so that the Legend second column label displays the value of the corresponding X- axis.
