AT is Attention. The AT command set is sent from TE (Terminal Equipment) or DTE (Data Terminal Equipment) to TA (Terminal Adapter) or DCE (Data Circuit Terminating Equipment. send AT commands via TA and TE to control the MS (Mobile Station) function and interact with GSM network services. you can use the AT command to control calls, text messages, phone books, data services, supplementary services, and faxes.
