[Go]forever: Let Nodejs apply background execution

In Linux we can use this simple way to let node. js run in the background:

Nohup node Your_app.js &

Forever allows us to do better, and can be run across Windows and Linux on a cross-platform.

Installation of Forever:

Install forever-g

Usage of Forever:

To start the daemon using forever:

Forever Start Your_app.js

To close the daemon:

Forever Stop Your_app.js

Restart Daemon::

Forever Restart Your_app.js

If you need to log output logs and errors:

Forever start-l forever.log-o out.log-e err.log your_app.js

To view a program that is running:

Forever List
