[Go]linux Environment Chinese garbled problem __python

have been testing the go code under Windows, save as Utf-8, you can display the normal Chinese.

After migrating to Linux, I found Chinese could not display correctly.

The search for a similar problem was almost nothing.

Test discovery is a problem using a terminal.

I have been using the secure crt4.0, lazy to upgrade. But the 4.0 version does not have the ability to set character sets

It's no problem to replace Putty.

A 7.0 portable CRT has been downloaded, setting the character set to Utf-8.

Cat and more show no problem (Lang=en_us also can)

Because go must be UTF code, use VIM to set it up. VIMRC
